These terms apply to your use of outlinephotographyuk.com and set out the general basis on which Outline Photography UK ("we", "us", "our"), a wedding and event photography business run by Rachel and based in Essex, England, offers its services. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

Information on this website, including our collections, add-ons and prices, is a guide and doesn't form a contract. A booking is only confirmed when you have signed our booking agreement and paid the £400 deposit to reserve your date. Each booking is governed by its own booking agreement, which sets out the full terms of your coverage, payments, cancellation and image use. If anything in your booking agreement differs from these terms, the booking agreement takes priority.

2. Prices

Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and apply to our 2026 to 2028 collections. We may change our prices at any time, but the price in your signed booking agreement is the price you pay. Travel outside our local area is charged at 50p per mile, and destination weddings are quoted individually. Payment plans are available and will be set out in your booking agreement.

3. Deposits and payments

The £400 deposit secures your date, which means we turn away other enquiries for that day. The deposit is deducted from your total. The timing of your remaining payments, and what happens if a booking is cancelled or moved, are set out in your booking agreement.

4. Delivery

We aim to send a sneak peek shortly after your wedding and to deliver your full online gallery within 4 to 6 weeks, or sooner where express delivery is included or purchased. Timescales are a guide and may be longer during peak season; we'll always keep you updated.

5. Copyright and image use

All photographs, videos, text and designs on this website, and all images we create for you, remain the copyright of Outline Photography UK. When you book with us you receive a personal licence to print and share your images for personal, non-commercial use, as described in your booking agreement. Please don't copy, edit, apply filters to or use images from this website, or images credited to us, for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Drone coverage

Drone photography and video depend on venue permission, airspace restrictions and safe weather conditions on the day. If it isn't possible to fly safely or legally, we'll discuss alternatives with you, as set out in your booking agreement.

7. Using this website

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we aren't responsible for their content. You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or by sending spam through our forms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Our liability in connection with a booking is set out in your booking agreement. We aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this website beyond what the law requires.

9. Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
